In-Store Promotions Co-Ordinator Sloane

Sloane Limited is looking to recruit an In-Store Promotions Co-Ordinator on a part-time casual basis (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 08:30AM to 01:30PM) within its Kwiksave & In-Store Promotions Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Liaise with the Sales Department to plan required promotions on a weekly basis.
• Plan sampling sessions, in conjunction with the Sales Department, as part of the planned weekly promotions.
• Booking and confirm promotions with various outlets.
• Co-ordinate product knowledge sessions for In-Store Promoters
• Prepare a delivery schedule for all equipment in relation to any planned in-store promotions, purchasing of consumables and any equipment needed, and co-ordinating the maintenance of stands. Conduct random field visits to ensure that promotions are running smoothly.
• Assist in the hiring process for new In-Store Promoters and training of staff.

YOUR PROFILE

• O-Level standard of education.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English and Maltese.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Microsoft Excel.
• In possession of a valid driving licence.
• Experience in sales and administration.
• Experience in leading a team is considered an asset.
