Sales Administrator

A vacancy exists within the Sales & Marketing Department for a Full-time Sales Administrator, to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales and Brand Managers with particular emphasis on mature, timely, professional assistance and quality of service.

The ideal candidate will form part of a team providing effective support and assistance in the day to day administration of the Sales Department – word-processing, excel reports, attending meetings and taking minutes, preparing correspondence and maintaining up-to-date computer based records.

The successful candidate will have a secondary level of education, a good command of English and Maltese and be proficient in the use of Word and Excel applications. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills and be able to work without supervision.
