We require the service of a receptionist for the soon-to-open company gym. This vacancy is on a full time reduced basis and the working hours required are for the afternoon shift from 3pm to 8pm Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate would need to replace the morning shift during sick leave and vacation leave. The morning shift is Monday to Friday from 6am to 11am.
- Answering the phone, handling clients’ queries,
- Managing the post
- Taking bookings for classes & gym schedules
- Order supplies as needed
Experience and skills required:
- Ability to handle customer requests / requirements
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good time management
- Organisational skills
- Computer literate
