Customer Care Representative

A vacancy for a Customer Care Representative on a part-time basis has arisen in the Sales & Marketing Department.  This post entails approximately 18 hours of work in a week.

The role of the Customer Care Representative is to monitor brands and products represented by Alf. Mizzi and Sons (Marketing) Group. The selected candidate is expected to work at client locations (i.e. retail outlets) where he/she will visit according to a pre-determined route list to: 

  • Check expiry dates to ensure that products are within their expected shelf life.
  • Measure the availability and condition of our brands and products in Malta and Gozo.
  • Check product displays, shelf space and equipment owned by the Group.

The ideal candidate should possess a good educational background and have a pleasant outgoing personality. The ideal candidate must also possess a clean driving licence and own means of transport. Candidate will be expected to work with minimum supervision and must also be proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
